Patricia Allderidge, Published 2000; 92 Pages; 10.5"x 9.75" The Cats of Louis Wain was written by Patricia Allderidge, the curator of the Bethlem Royal Hospital Museum in 2000. Louis Wain had been a patient at Bethlem. The book is now out-of-print. The first 15 pages of the book contain well-written historical text in English, German and French. The reminder of the book is filled with large color illustrations by Louis Wain, with a few monochrome drawings, all selected for inclusion by Ms. Allderidge and Chris Beetles, who owns a London gallery specializing in Louis Wain artwork. We only have a couple of these books in "like-new" condition for $75 each and one "brand-new" copy in original shrink-wrap for $145.
